Shipping Policy

We endeavour to ship items within 2 - 5 working days (we don't ship Sat/Sun), however occasionally

• We are OUT OF STOCK and need to re-order the item for you, in which case we will advise you by email with an "estimated ship date message", you then have 2 options
  1. Cancel your order and obtain a full refund. 
     • Please go to the "View Messages" link in your My Account menu at the top of the screen and reply to the relevant email, by writing 'Cancel Order and the order number' in the title & message boxes (sorry but due to a quirk in the system you need to put something in both boxes)
     • An email notifying you of the cancelation will then be sent and a refund made to your card.  Please be aware of the time it takes us to process your return once we receive the cancellation (1 to 2 business days) and the time it can take your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days)
     • NOTE: If you do not reply to the "estimated ship date message" within 3 days of its issue, we will assume you agree to the revised shipping date and the order will be progressed
  2. Accept the revised ship date
     •  Please go to the "View Messages" link in your My Account menu and reply to the relevant email, by writing 'Continue Order and the order number' in the title & message boxes (sorry but due to a quirk in the system you need to put something in both boxes).  We will advise you by email, when the item has shipped.

• In rare cases the item is NO LONGER AVAILABLE from the manufacturer, in which case we will cancel the order and you will be refunded in full.  An email confirmation will be sent to you and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.   Please be aware of the time it takes us to process your order/cancellation (1 to 2 business days) and the time it can take your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 Express Shipping

• For orders place by 11am we aim to ship same day, although please allow one extra day for safety.  
• For orders placed between 11am - 2pm we will endeavour to ship same day, but cannot guarantee this.  
• Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following day but please allow one extra day for safety.  

If we cannot achieve the above targets we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss options.  You're Express Payment will be refunded as a matter of course in this situation and the item, if still required, will be shipped Free of Charge.

Shipping Charges

Please note we only ship to the UK and certain EU countries at this time (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden)

Shipment Tracking

We usually ship Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (or Courier for larger items) to ensure we can track shipments.  

If you request the order to be "left somewhere at your premises if no-one is available", we will for smaller items, endeavour to add this to the front of the parcel, however as this means the parcel  will not be signed for, TriSportsPlus cannot accept responsibility if the order is lost in transit.  For more expensive items we retain the right to ship by a tracked method.

• Under 0.5 kg : £10.00
• 0.5 - 1 kg : £15.00
• 1 - 2 kg : £20.00
• 2 - 5 kg : £35.00
• 5 - 20 kg : £50.00
• Over 20 kg : £75.00
