We've all been there, a friend has told you how wonderful their saddle is or you read the blurb in the latest magazine, now you're the proud owner, but............. it's now on EBay.  Why not use our Tri-B4U-Buy Scheme to take some of the pain out of purchasing a saddle.  We will hire a saddle to you, many of those on the website are available to try and you can test it out for a maximum of 3 weeks to see if it's right for you. 

The cost is £30, which if you buy a saddle from us we then take off the cost of your purchase.

Test Saddles 

Terms & Conditions of Tri-B4U-Buy Hire

The saddle is your responsibility.

Cost of hire MUST be made by credit/debit card in advance of shipping.

Saddles are sent by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery. **All saddles have to be signed for, so please ensure the delivery address provided has someone available all day. 

All saddles are checked prior to shipping and any comments/damage is recorded on the Invoice included with the saddle.  If you disagree with any comments made, you should contact us immediately (telephone number above) on receipt of the saddle, otherwise TriSportsPlus will assume you agree with the comments made. 

Saddles are shipped with taped rails to prevent damage which should not be removed.

Saddles must be returned in the same condition as shipped.  We reserve the right to charge for

• Repair: £10.00
• Write-Off: Full cost of new saddle minus the hire charge (specified at time of hire)

We will contact you before making any charge.

Returning The Saddle

The saddle should be returned to TriSportsPlus to arrive no later than the date specified when ordered and written on the T&C's on the back of your invoice.

We suggest you return your saddle by special/recorded delivery as proof of despatch and ensure it is fully insured.  We cannot accept responsibility for any saddle lost in the post.

If you fail to return the saddle or have not contacted us by the due date, we will assume you have defaulted on the contract.  We will then charge (to the card the original payment was made) the full cost of a new saddle minus the hire charge (specified at time of hire)

Purchasing A Saddle

All test saddles MUST be returned to TriSportsPlus, 77 High St, Huntingdon, Cambs, PE29 3EN.   Under exceptional circumstances the saddle you have been sent may be purchased, however this must be by prior arrangement and cannot be guaranteed.

If you like the saddle and wish to purchase, please contact us prior to the return date to let us know and arrange a purchase.

• The cost of the saddle will be reduced by the cost of the test saddle (to a max of £30.00)
• On receipt of the test saddle back at TriSportsPlus, we will contact you to arrange payment and confirm the shipping address.
• The new saddle will be shipped as soon as possible after that, usually 1 - 5 days by recorded delivery.

Testing a Second Saddle

If the test saddle didn't work out for you, we will ship 1 more saddle from those we offer for test free of charge, we only ask you to pay the postage this time £5.00. 

The second saddle will only be shipped though on receipt of the 1st saddle back at TriSportsPlus, 77 High St, Huntingdon, Cambs, PE29 3EN.  The T&C's for this saddle are the same as above.

If you want to test a third saddle, this will require a further £30 test fee, **this test fee is NOT taken off the cost of any purchase**
