Cost of Short Term Rental

Cost of rental MUST be made by credit/debit card in advance of shipping

•  Daily rental – £7.00/day, this applies ONLY to suits collected from the shop or delivered to customers at an event (total days is inclusive from collection to return)

•  1 week - £35.00 

•  2^nd week - £28.00 or £5.00p/day. An extra consecutive week/days may be booked at any time prior to shipping or collection of the suit (total rental is inclusive of any return shipping days).   Please be aware that suits may not always be available for a 2^nd week 

•  Shipping to Customer -  £10.00 (if applicable)

TRI-SPORTS-PLUS WETSUIT RENTAL – Short Term Hire

Terms & Conditions

 General    

• The suit is your responsibility
• Cost of rental MUST be made by credit/debit card in advance of shipping
  • Daily rental – £7.00/day this applies ONLY to suits collected from the shop or delivered to customers at an event (total days is inclusive from collection to return)
  • 1week - £35.00 
  • 2^nd week - £28.00 or £5.00 p/day. An extra consecutive week/days may be booked at any time prior to shipping or collection of the suit (total rental is inclusive of any return shipping days).   Please be aware that suits may not always be available for a 2^nd week 
  • Shipping to Customer -  £10.00 (if applicable)
• Suits are sent by next day courier (if ordered by 11am). **All suits have to be signed for, so please ensure the delivery address provided has someone available all day.  Suits booked for 1 wk are shipped on a Thursday to be with the customer on the Friday, unless agreed at the time of booking.
• Please check the size required using the Wetsuit sizing guides.  These guides are provided by the manufacturers and TriSportsPlus cannot accept responsibility for the fit of a suit.
• Suits can be booked in advance and will be shipped to arrive with you on the date agreed at the time of booking.  A non-refundable deposit of £10.00 is required at the time of booking.
• As stocks are limited, wetsuit rentals need to be made in person at the shop (77 High St, Huntingdon, Cambs. PE29 3EN) or via telephone (01480 454183) to confirm availability and order.
• All suits are checked prior to shipping and any comments/damage is recorded in the 'Conditions Box' on the Rental Form included with the suit.  If you disagree with any coments made, you should contact us immediately on receipt of the wetsuit, otherwise TriSportsPlus will assume you agree with the comments made.
• Rental wetsuits MUST be returned clean and in the same condition as shipped.  We reserve the right to charge for
  • Cleaning : £10.00
  • Repair : £10.00 per rip or tear
  • Write-Off : £120.00 (or as stated on the Rental Form included with the suit
    • We will contact you prior to making any charge
• The rental period extends from the date of rental to Wednesday 1pm of the following week, or as agreed at the time of booking and stated on the Rental Form included with the suit

Returning Your Wetsuit  

• We stronlgy suggest you return your suits by special delivery as proof of despatch and ensure it is fully insured.   We cannot accept responsibility for any suit lost in the post.
• Suits need to be returned to us by 1pm on the Wednesday following the weekend of rental or as agreed at the time of booking.  We understand this is sometimes not possible (postal strikes etc).  If you have any difficulty in returning the suit within the contracted timescale, please contact us by 6pm latest at least 2 days prior to the return date by phone 01480 454183.
• If you fail to return the suit by the due date (or contact us) we will assume you have defaulted on the contract.  We will then charge (to the card the original payment was made):
  • An additional £5/day for each day the suit is not received by TriSportsPlus up to a maximum of 7 days .
  • After this period we will debit the full Non-Return Cost of the suit, as stated on the Rental Form included with the suit.

Purchasing The Wetsuit  

• Our rental suits are ONLY used for rental and must be returned.   If you like the suit and wish to purchase the same (or any other we stock), we will discount the cost of the new suit with the cost of rental (excluding P&P), to a max of £35.00/1 wk hire, as stated on the Rental Form included with the suit.
