Simple easy and effective.
Step 1 - Attach Tri-Clip to bike frame using velcro strip. Trim velcro to correct length
Step 2 - Position Tri-Clip in optimum position on bike frame
Step 3 - Pull cord from base unit and extend clip
Step 4 - Attach clip to back of shoe  
Step 5 - Installation complete
